Awesome recipe! This is excellent chili. I did make some adjustments even though. I used two (1 big, one particular medium) crimson conical sweet peppers, a single Anaheim pepper, one particular Poblano pepper, and one particular environmentally friendly Jalapeño pepper. I did not specifically measure all the spices so there is probably a little m
